Terms of Use
AeroJobs helps users discover, organize, and submit job applications. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and résumé and for every application submitted from your account, whether you submit it yourself or AeroJobs submits it for you.
Application assistance is best-effort and may stop when a site changes, requires a CAPTCHA, or cannot be verified. Only an ATS-confirmed receipt is treated as a confirmed automated submission.
Do not use AeroJobs to provide false information, access another person's account, or interfere with employers or application systems.
Automated applications (Autopilot)
Autopilot submits applications without asking you before each one. It is off until you turn it on and sign the AeroJobs Autopilot Agreement on the Auto-Apply page. In summary, by signing it you:
- authorize AeroJobs to complete and submit applications in your name to postings matched to your résumé;
- understand that answers, including AI-written answers to short-response and choice questions, are generated from your profile and résumé and may be incomplete or wrong;
- authorize AeroJobs to accept required standard acknowledgements (privacy notices, consent to process your data for the application, and statements that your information is accurate), but never arbitration agreements, waivers or releases, background-check authorizations, or marketing sign-ups;
- remain responsible for keeping your information accurate and for applications submitted from your account;
- agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroJobs and its operators are not liable for inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information in applications submitted through Autopilot, for applications submitted, duplicated, or not submitted, for employer decisions, or for any resulting loss.
The full agreement is shown before you sign it. You can turn Autopilot off at any time; applications already submitted cannot be withdrawn by AeroJobs.
